In this movie review, I talk about another musical from like 1990-1992, John Waters' musical farse, "Cry-Baby," with none other than Johnny Depp. This movie is the one that I mentioned in "Sweeny Todd" that Johnny Depp didn't do his own vocals in the singing parts for this movie at all that I own and is one of the movies that I know of for 100% sure that Johnny Depp didn't do his own vocals for here. In this movie, this is what Ricki Lake looked like BEFORE she up and lost all of that weight from like gastric bypass surgery or however Ricki Lake lost all of that wieght that she ended up loosing a few years later. Traci Lords is also in this movie. I talk about how during the shooting of this movie, Traci Lords gets ARRESTED for something that she did prior to making this movie (and if you know ANYTHING about Traci Lords and her acting career prior to making this particular movie, you'll know what I'm talking about here.) Amy Locane is also in this movie as the "Square," named "Allison Veronon-Williams," who is having a yen to go from being square to being a "Drape." I also mention that in the featurette, "It Came From Baltimore" that is discussed that this movie is a cross between the teen versions of "Gangster/drape" type movies from the 1950s and poking fun of the Elvis Presley musicals that were lemons back in the day here, (like "Jailhouse Rock," although I don't mention "Jailhouse Rock" by name in this review though!)
