NOTE: This video is speculation only. I am not claiming that corexit or any other BP involvement is producing a adverse impact on the vegetation as I have no scientific proof. I am only offering a suggestive possibility for your consideration. OIL RAIN IN IOWA ? Corexit might be killing plants in the USA. Could the spraying of corexit by BP in their efforts to hide the oil be finding it's way to upper parts of the midwest via the winds or rain? COREXIT is being sprayed in the Gulf to hide the oil that is leaking from the BP oil well. Corexit is toxic and may be finding its way to the Midwest via wind or rain. The plants trees are starting to look stressed in Iowa and I am getting paranoid that the spraying will continue and kill trees all over the world. The chemical corexit is banned in the UK so why are they using it in the Gulf of Mexico? Reports that BP is spraying the toxic and noxious dispersant COREXIT over populated areas of the Gulf of Mexico during the night. There are also reports of black vehicles around the area. Mel Fabregas talks with James Fox on the phone for more information regarding what is going on. The situation seems to become more and more sinister. Pray for everyone affected by the BP gulf oil spill disaster.

One that comes from a circle that is totally unknown to me. This album mainly consisted of several piano vocal tunes, along with some instrumentals tracks such as the one you're listening to now. As you may have guessed it, the main instrument of this particular album is piano. While the piano works in this album are top notch, the vocal doesn't seem to make a hit, at least to me, though it is somewhat fitting to the tracks presented. With each listen, I started to grow fond of this particular track. I was constantly reminded of the blazing sun set and falling of autumn leaves, hence the usage of such imagery. 25年ぶりに、べースO氏と演奏をした。氏経営のハコ JAZZ BAR B、C である。25年前は日曜を除く毎晩、わが街NO1のホテルの最上階ラウンジでトリオ演奏をしていた。当時、レイ、ブラウン が好きだったO氏。氏のベースが一番弾き易かったなぁ。いつも優しくて、温和、変わらぬ人柄である。白髪が増えた現在の氏もかっこいい。元気の良いタイコは客で来られたI氏。

「枯葉」はjazzメンがよく取り上げる題材（曲）の一つといってよいでしょう。中でも、ビル・エヴァンスやマイルス・ディヴィス、ウィントン・ケリー、スタン・ゲッツといった大物どころが有名です。そして、このレイ・ブライアント・・・。ブライアントは若いころはサイドメンとして活躍することが多く、リーダー作はあまり多くはありませんでした。後年は精力的？にリーダー作を出していましたが、まぁ、絶頂期には比べるうるものでもなくそれなりの演奏という感じでした。2008年を最後にレコーディングもされていないようですし、2010年・・・もう80歳というご高齢。そんな息の長いブライアントの、これは「絶頂期」の演奏と言えます。
