It is an eco-friendly golf-course - the rolling hills and trees were all used for the courses without any modification - and it was made without using heavy machinery. At one time, golf courses in Japan used to be synonymous with ecocide. Currently greenery around the metropolis is on the decrease through urban development and golf courses are coming under the spotlight in terms of open spaces where people come in contact with nature. "Kawasaki is a big city - 10 Km around and with a population of 3 million. Within the area, a golf course with this much greenery exists...well this is something" says Mr. Yoshihiko Umino, General Manager of the golf course. On the courses, there is the rare Japanese red pine and the ancient scenery of Musashino. This is my entry into the 2010 Tommy Tizzle Official Rap Contest. As I read the rules for the contest, one rule stuck out to me. "Be Creative." So that is what I did. We took the instrumental and chopped it up, giving it an intro and adding layers to it to give the intro a nicer sound along with adding some cuts in the instrumental to emphasize the lyrics. (The verse remained the same 24 bar length as required.) When shooting the Video I had my sister translate the lyrics of the chorus in a way where she could sign them in American Sign Language. She starts to seduce Yuto until Himari (in a cat costume) stops her, saying that it won't work but gets ignored by them until Rinko arrives and it turns into a ruckus. Later on, Himari tries out another katana but is dissatisfied by it until Kuesu arrives with her Yasutsuna. However, they find it damaged beyond repair after Himari unsheathes it until Sasa repairs it with her eye beam. At the playground, a worried Yuto tells Rinko that he still wants to settle the conflict with Shuten-douji and Tama without having to fight them. In May 2008, I underwent a long surgery (6 hours) to remove excess skin at the abdominal and pectoral level caused by a significant weight loss. The work that is presented here in the form of a triptych shows the different stages of metamorphosis, both visual and temporal: a few days before surgery (right), less than one week after operation (center) and a little more than two years after the operation (left). This work was initially called Marsyas. This was an allusion to the myth of Apollo who flayed a satyr known for playing the flute better than him. What interested me in this cruel story, related by Ovid, was the exemplary punishment to which humans are exposed when they want to compare themselves to the gods: the result of their crime, their own skins. But this story was a mask. It hid my fear of dying and leaving behind me all and so little. By choosing to create a triptych -- in a post-conceptual approach, ie reinvested with some subjectivity, but also seeking to avoid pathos - I, of course, opted for a form that has countless precedents. This form, heavy with religious references, allows me to make coexist in the same image, three time, three beats, three figures that are given, not so much as representations but as sensations in the sense that Deleuze explained. Josh (2000) movie of Mansoor Khan starring Shahrukh Khan,Aiswarya Rai, Sharad Kapoor and Chandrachur Singh. It's an enjoyable story about trials and tribulations of youth, love and the verve for life, unfortunately the film ends weakly and bates the impact of the movie. Two gangs, the 'Eagle' run by Max (Shahrukh Khan) and 'Bichoo' run by Prakash (Sharad Kapoor), coexist in a divided area of Vasco a small town in Goa. They have regularly showdowns on the streets because of entering another gang's territory. The enmity is further complicated when Prakash's Rahul (Chandrachur Singh) falls in love with Max's sister, Shirley (Aishwarya Rai).... All the songs are good and ear-enchanting and well picturise. The music is by Anwar Malik better known as Anu Malik, a popular music director and playback singer. The lyrics are by Sameer. 'Hai Mera Dil' is apparently referring to the American song 'Sealing With A Kiss' (s. www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIkUiD8N81k) but also sounds familiar on the Hindi song front It's nicely sung by Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik.
