Have Fun Listening to this awesome album!!! From the 1991 album Necroticism - Descanting the Insalubrious Lyrics:[Music: Owen] [Lyrics: Walker] An encloaking, dark epoch In which all life is now appraised Another valueless commodity On which the paracious may feebly graze Indebted homage to their mammon Whilst the mort is the music of the meek Transcendence from a beatifully brutal reality Is what I seek... Noxious, sully dolour Is not the sentiment upon which we feed But precocious consciousness Draws out a morbid nous to bleed Chiselling out seething words Which cut deep down to the bone Always legible So be it on our own headstone... [Lead trem: Necrononism by M. Amott] Rising to out own nadir Reality we try to extirpate Trying to raise a twisted smile Similar to that silver plate On a coffin which is joined Hammering in each final nail Last kill and testament Left now intestate... Noxious, sully dolour Is not the thesis which is bled A precarious train of thought In which mental cattle-trucks are led Carving out skilful words Which shear brittle bones Always spelt out well We just can't leave the dead alone... Monographic text A terminal doctrine of diseased minds perplexed Enunciated epigrams Eschatological, rotten requiems Always our own worst cynics Exorcisers of scorching scorn Digging our own graves But never stand over and mourn The roulade now pandemonium Displaced in the muggy sods Espoused with the macabre The dead we filch and rob... ...Munificant bale ...

"O Deathe, Rock Me A-Sleepe" may have been written by Anne Boleyn and is here sung by David Dyer in authentic Elizabethan pronunciation. O Death, rock me asleep, Bring me to quiet rest, Let pass my weary guiltless ghost Out of my careful breast. Toll on, thou passing bell; Ring out my doleful knell; Let thy sound my death tell. Death doth draw nigh; There is no remedy. My pains who can express? Alas, they are so strong; My dolour will not suffer strength My life for to prolong. Toll on, thou passing bell; Ring out my doleful knell; Let thy sound my death tell. Death doth draw nigh; There is no remedy. Farewell, my pleasures past, Welcome, my present pain! I feel my torments so increase That life cannot remain. Cease now, thou passing bell; Rung is my doleful knell; For the sound my death doth tell. Death doth draw nigh; There is no remedy.

"O' Death Rock Me Asleep" Written By Anne Boleyn in the Tower. I didn't fit the whole poem in the video so: O' Death, rock me asleep, Bring me to quiet rest, Let pass my weary guiltless ghost Out of my careful breast. Alone in prison strong I wait my destiny. Woe worth this cruel hap that I Should taste this misery!

Guillaume de Machaut, a leading French composer and poet of the 14th century, was born in Rheims, were he spent the greater part of his life, after earlier employment in the service of John of Luxemburg, King of Bohemia. He was employed subsequently by various members of the nobility, including the future Charles V of France. He held various church benefices and as a musician was pre-eminent in the period in the history of music known as the Ars nova, when composers created music of increased rhythmic complexity. Machaut was a prolific composer of secular vocal music, in the contemporary metrical and musical forms of lais, virelais, ballades and rondeaux.

O Death Rock Me To Sleep - Katy Rose A song from Katy's My Space [KATY'S MY SPACE www.myspace.com/officialkatyrose] that was somehow put onto You Tube. I thought it was such a beautiful yet dark song/poem and Katy sings it so well that I'd post it up here myself for more to hear it. What Katy says: "So, as per what was already posted, this song was written by Anne Boleyn and me. There's been a lot of cruel and slanderous history written about Anne ( mostly propaganda conducted by King Henry 8th and Thomas Cromwell's people so that Good Harry could be rid of his 2nd wife- whom he had torn apart his country through religious reformation for- after she became too powerful in her own right and failed to give him a son.) Anne was actually an incredibly intelligent and forward thinking woman for her time. She dared to question the norm and speak her mind in a period where women were seen as little more than baby machines. She spent her childhood and adolescence serving Queen Claude of France ( who was an overly pious woman with a body completely distorted as a result of too many traumatic child births), but was more drawn to King Frances's radical thinking sister. In France she developed an opinionated view on the corruption of the Catholic church at the time. Anyway, the enigmatic Anne had a voracious ...

From the album "Necroticism: Descanting The Insalubrious" (1991). Lyrics: "That's why I find it so amusing that the latter-day saints of our business... one, attribute to me motives that just weren't there, and two, accuse me of corrupting morality, which I wish I had the power to do. Prepare to die." An encloaking, dark epoch In which all life is now appraised Another valueless commodity On which the paracious may feebly graze Indebted homage to their mammon Whilst the mort is the music of the meek Transcendence from a beatifully brutal reality Is what I seek... Noxious, sully dolour Is not the sentiment upon which we feed But precocious consciousness Draws out a morbid nous to bleed Chiselling out seething words Which cut deep down to the bone Always legible So be it on our own headstone... It's a dolour that I cannot show. When all the angels are foes. But you probably knew that I was lost Did you think that I would break now. With something I have lost. Swim with the light. What can i do? Why did you cut me, cut me out. I was the one who sold. My body and soul to the devil. Little did I know when I thought. I am the one with light. Since when we spoke, I sleep with fire. Wake up, in a pool of blood. Looked up, when you get banned from heaven. Look and I just saw me dripping down blood. Don't worry, I'll get up to get down where I belong. Banned from, heaven! Banned from, heaven! Banned from, heaven! Banned from, heaven! Wake up, in a pool of blood. Looked up, when you get banned from heaven. Look and I just saw me dripping down blood. Don't worry, I'll get up to get down where I belong. Wake up, in a pool of blood. Looked up, when you get banned from heaven. Look and I just saw me dripping down blood. Don't worry, I'll get up to get down where I belong.
