My brother and I built this simple circuit designed by Karl Klomp to serve as a cheap and quick video mixer. The circuit doesn't provide any sync signal so when you fade between sources it looks all glitched/distorted, similar to how scrambled cable channels used to look before digital cable. The sources used are my DVD player and an NES with a glitched Trojan game. We modified the video mixer circuit to also include a momentary-open cutoff switch.
